Below you will find answers to possible questions that may have come up while visiting our shop.

Payment
Click the button "ADD TO CART" to earmark any of our items without any strings attached. You can view the products in your cart at any time by clicking the shopping bag icon at the top right. Click the button "DELETE" for any items you want to remove from the cart. Once you are satisfied that you want to buy all the items in the cart, click the button "CHECKOUT".
We offer a variety of payment options. You can use a VISA and MasterCard credit card, go via PayPal, or pay via Klarna or Amazon Pay. As customary in online trade, we reserve the right to check your solvency using independent credit reference agencies for each order. Please note that the result may impact the payment options we can make available to you. It may therefore be possible that we will not offer some of the payment options for specific orders. We will then offer you payment alternatives. Please understand that we must take these measures for security reasons. All payment options we offer are safe.
You will receive an invoice and a delivery note as part of your product delivery. The parcel will also contain a returns form and returns label, provided your order originated in Germany.
All prices stated in the STEFFEN KLEIN online shop are in EURO and include statutory VAT. The VAT amount you are paying will be declared separately on the invoice.
There are no shipping costs for deliveries within Germany and other EU countries, regardless of the size or weight of your order. Partial costs of €4.90 are incurred for returns within Germany and €6.90 for returns from other EU countries.
When paying by credit card, the amount will only be debited with the invoice amount after we have accepted your order. Any returns we receive from you will prompt a returns confirmation e-mail from us to you. The invoice amount or the amount for items returned will then be reversed or transferred back to your account. The payment reversal or transfer will generally be done within three to five working days.
We accept Diners Club, American Express, VISA and MasterCard credit cards. If you would like to pay by credit card, then please enter your name as it appears on the card, the number of the credit card, the 3-digit CVV, and the validity date of the credit card when placing your order. The 3-digit CVV can be found in the signature field on the back of your credit card. You will have to enter these details again for your next order, as we do not store credit card information. Your credit card account will be debited at the time of goods dispatch from our facility.
Please select "PayPal" as your payment option during the order process. You will be automatically redirected to PayPal. Use your e-mail address and password to sign in to your PayPal account and follow the on-screen instructions. Your order will be dispatched once we have received the full invoice amount on our account.
Please select "Klarna" as your payment option during the order process. You will be automatically redirected to Klarna. Use your e-mail address and password to sign in to your Klarna account and follow the on-screen instructions. Your order will be dispatched once we have received the full invoice amount on our account.
If you choose to pay via Amazon, the customer information stored at Amazon.com will be used for your online purchase in our shop without you having to divulge your payment information to us.
Provided you already have an Amazon customer account, you can immediately use the payment type chosen there (either direct debit or credit card) to pay. Click the button "Pay via Amazon" in the cart and sign in to your Amazon account. All that’s left is to select your delivery addresses and payment types to complete the order. Your bank account or credit card will only be debited after the delivery of your order to your delivery address was confirmed.
Amazon Pay will not share the payment information stored in your Amazon customer account with us, and you also don’t have to provide it when placing your order. Order
No, you can order as little or as much as you like.
You can inform our customer service of any changes to your submitted order by phone, or by using the Contact form on our website (click "CONTACT" at the bottom of the page in the middle), provided your order has not yet been dispatched.
During the final order step, the items you have chosen, including their quantity, a short description, article number, size, price per unit, and the total invoice amount will be displayed in table format. You will also be shown the contact information and the payment option you selected for a final check. By submitting your order, you accept our Terms and Conditions (T&C), which you can read by clicking the relevant link displayed underneath your list of items. To complete the order, click the button "BUY NOW". By then, our system will have checked your information for plausibility.
Should you not be home at the time of delivery, we will either leave your parcel with a neighbour, or try again the next day. Should you not be home for the second delivery attempt either, then we will deposit your parcel at the closest post office for you to collect.
Yes. Once you have logged in, an overview of your personal information will be displayed. Here you can enter or select another delivery address. Your order will then be sent to that other delivery address. Please note that we cannot accept another delivery address for security reasons if you choose the "On account" payment option. Simply choose a different payment option.
We will dispatch your order the same day or latest on the next working day.
You will generally receive your delivery within 4 working days.
You can check the status of your order via your personal customer account and via the tracking link of our shipping partner.
There are no shipping costs for deliveries within Germany, regardless of the size or weight of your order. For returns within Germany, there are partial costs of €4.90, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The return costs for deliveries from other EU countries are €6.90. This only partially covers the costs incurred for postage, freight and packaging. The rest is covered by steffenklein.
Yes. You can check the status of your order at any time via your personal customer account. You furthermore have the option of tracking your shipment online once it has left our warehouse. You will receive an e-mail containing the parcel number and a link for the online portal of our shipping partner.
You can see all your orders and returns via the menu item "Orders" under "My Account".
Please check your delivery note first if you feel something is missing from your order. Check if all items are listed there correctly, or if there is a notification that parts of your delivery will be dispatched in another shipment. Where that is not the case, or you have received items you didn’t order, please contact us via e-mail to service@international-brands-online.com, or call us at +49 (0) 2405 480 187. Prices and discounts
Unfortunately, we cannot grant any discounts. But we will deliver to your door for a small, nominal postage fee and will also cover the costs for any returns you wish to make. Please see the menu items "RETURNS" for more information.
Returns
You have 14 days to cancel the contract and return your order without giving any reason.We would like to point out that returns cannot be offered free of charge, as costs for postage, freight and packaging are incurred. To cover some of these costs, we charge €4.90 for returns within Germany and €6.90 for returns from other EU countries. We will cover the remaining amount for you.

As a customer, you are not bound to your orders within the meaning of §13 BGB (German Civil Code) if you revoke them within a period of 14 days after receipt of the goods. The return period begins with receipt of a detailed cancellation statement in text form. The cancellation does not have to contain a reason and can be made in written form via e-mail to service@steffen-klein.com, or by returning the goods at our risk. That is not required, however it would be helpful for quicker processing. It will basically suffice to return the goods within the 14-day return period. However, we would appreciate you stating a reason why you want to return items. We need your constructive criticism to continuously improve our service and our product range. The most frequent return reasons are stated on the return slip for you to mark. If none of them apply, you can add a quick note on the return slip.
No. You don’t have to use the original packaging. It should, however, be robust and clean packaging. For an environmentally friendly return, you can reuse the original box, so we can reduce packaging waste together. The goods must be in new condition. All original labels and/or any decals like the price tag, hangtag, etc. must still be attached to the items. Don’t forget to add the return slip to the parcel, so that we can correctly assign each item and we can credit you with the invoiced amount as quickly as possible. Please only use the pre-printed return label with our return address for your parcel.

No. You can, of course, return damaged goods free of charge and either order a new item from our online shop, or have the invoice amount credited back to your account. Unfortunately, we cannot grant any discounts. After all, we strive to only sell premium-quality merchandise.

How to return items:
- Fill out the DHL return label and put it into the parcel.
- Make sure that your address is on the DHL return label at the top left.
- Stick the return label onto the parcel.
- You can post the parcel free of charge at any post office.
- If you paid by credit card, the amount will be returned to your credit card account.
- Please note that returns will only be accepted with the original hangtags attached and with the item in new condition.

Customer account
We also allow you to order as a guest, without a customer account. We do, however, need your personal information, the delivery address, and the invoice address for your delivery. Creating a customer account simplifies the order process in our online shop. You will also have a better overview of your orders.
You should always protect your password and keep a note of it in a safe place. You can, however, use the "FORGOTTEN PASSWORD" function to request a new password if you ever lose track. You will receive an e-mail with a link to our website, where you can then assign a new password.
Vouchers
There is a field "Voucher" provided during the order process, where you can enter your voucher code.
It is easy to do:
- Select the item you want and add it to your cart.
- Redeem your voucher by entering the voucher code in the field "Voucher".
- Click "Redeem" and the voucher amount will be automatically deducted from your order total. Each voucher code is valid only one time and becomes void after it was redeemed.
The conditions for redeeming a voucher can be found on the actual voucher and include its validity period and minimum order value. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied to previous orders in retrospect. The voucher code must be entered for a current order. Please note that our vouchers can only be redeemed one time per order and customer account.
Voucher amounts will not be refunded as part of a possible return, and will not be applied as part payment on any items you decide to keep. Please send an e-mail to service@international-brands-online.com for a replacement voucher or contact us on +49 (0) 2405 480 187 if you wish to replace the same item for which you used the voucher in another colour or size. The credit card is one of the most secure payment option for online purchases.

Cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you, who is not the shipping agent, have/has taken receipt of the final partial delivery or the final item. For you to exercise your cancellation right, you must inform us, STEFFEN KLEIN c/o IBO International Brands Online GmbH, Marshallstrasse 1, 52146 Würselen, Germany, service@steffen-klein.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by way of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You can use the sample cancellation form provided, but are not required to do so. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

Fit Guide
Measure your waist horizontally around the smallest part of your body, and your chest at the widest part. The measuring tape should lie flat against your body without cutting in. When choosing a size, go by the bigger measurement when comparing to the values in the size table.
Very tall men should measure their inside leg length standing up and all the way down the sole of the foot. The body height is measured from the crown to the sole of the foot. That will give you some idea of whether you might have to order the ‘long’ size offered with some of the models.
Measure your collar size at the base of your neck under the Adam’s apple. Make sure the measuring tape lies flat against your skin.
