Returns for International Customers

We want to ensure that, regardless of your location, you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us. For international customers, we offer a simple and low-cost return solution.The return costs for deliveries from other EU countries are €6.90. This only partially covers the costs incurred for postage, freight and packaging. The rest is covered by steffenklein for you. Please review the following information and instructions to facilitate the return process smoothly.

Prepaid DHL Return Label (for deliveries within Germany)

For deliveries within Germany, your shipment includes a prepaid DHL return label. Feel free to use this label to return your order. Return shipping from Germany will cost you €4.90.

DHL returns label (for deliveries to other EU countries)

For deliveries from other EU countries, you can generate your return label for DHL via the corresponding DHL returns portal. Enclose your completed returns label so that we can process your return shipment quickly. Returns from another EU country will cost you €6.90.

Requesting a replacement return label (if required)

If the prepaid return label is missing or you have misplaced it, you can simply request a replacement return label from DHL. Please follow the instructions below:

1. Fill out the online returns form completely with your sender details and click on „Continue".
2. The following options are available on the next page::
   

1. a) Independent printout:

• Save the returns label directly as a PDF file or have it sent to you by e-mail. (Please ensure that you have a PDF reader installed).
• Print out the returns label and stick it on your return.
• Hand in your return at the nearest DHL/Post branch.

1. b) Printout at the branch (without your own printer):

1. Save the displayed QR code as an image file on your smartphone or add it to your Apple Wallet.
2. Show the QR code at the nearest DHL store and the return label will be created for you there.

Please ask for a receipt and keep it until you receive feedback from us.

Please note that the pre-paid returns slip is only valid for customers with deliveries within Germany.

For a successful return as an international customer, you can use the various returns portals.

It is important to always include your order ID, even if it is displayed as optional in the returns portal.
