Shopping Advice for Men’s Suits

If you want to shine in a festive wedding suit, perfect comfort is essential for the most beautiful day of your life. Enhance your appearance by opting for cufflinks, a vest, a shirt with a Kent collar, and a pocket square. Radiate elegance with a classic two- or three-piece suit that is known for its high level of comfort.

Optimal freedom of movement ensures that you feel completely at ease during the wedding waltz. Seize the opportunity and create an individual suit from our modular suit system. A one colored suit in subtle anthracite appears very elegant and conveys a sense of seriousness. It should certainly not be missing from any gentleman’s wardrobe.

For a more casual look, you can definitely put together a fashionable men’s suit from STEFFEN KLEIN. Prioritize finding out the dress code set by the event organizer. This will determine whether you choose check patterns or other contrasts, or if you want to convey seriousness with pinstripes. For evening events, you can create your perfect suit with our classically monochrome suits from our modular suit system.

Your men’s wardrobe should be chosen according to the season, with a wool suit for winter, featuring slim trousers without pleats and a higher waistband, and a slim fit at the buttocks. Such a suit should not be missing from any wardrobe. Add contrasts and showcase your style.

Our suits are easy to care for, allowing you to easily remove stains with a mild soapy solution.

Which shirt should you wear with which suit?

If the suit is made of a luxurious material, it is advised to choose a shirt made of thinner fabric (possibly with an undershirt). The classic choice is undoubtedly the dark blue suit paired with an elegant white shirt.

When can you wear sneakers with a suit?

These days, you certainly won’t attract much attention if you wear sneakers with a suit. While it may represent a certain inconsistency in style, wearing sneakers with a suit has become fairly widespread, so that you can confidently combine them.

What types of suits are there?

There are modern men’s suits, single-breasted suits, double-breasted suits, business suits, wedding suits, jumpsuits, corduroy suits, tailcoats, funeral suits, English suits, tweed suits, prom suits, pinstripe suits, and tuxedos.

What suit sizes are available?

A suit consists of a jacket and trousers and is typically paired with a shirt, tie, or bowtie. Suit sizes are designated with numbers ranging from 44 to 62. The next larger size is always given in increments of two. For example, 50, 52, 54, and so on.

For men’s suits, there are generally two lengths: regular length (Regular Fit) and long size (Long Fit).

A suit in regular length is the standard length and fits most men. The sleeves extend to the middle of the wrist, and the trouser legs end at the shoe.

A suit in long size is suitable for men with longer arms and legs. The sleeves reach the wrist, and the trouser legs end slightly above the shoe. It is important for men with longer proportions to wear a suit in long size, as it provides a better fit and overall better proportions.

If you are unsure about your size, we recommend taking measurements of your chest, hips, sleeve length, and leg length and comparing them with our size chart.

Which suit is suitable for which occasion?

Usually, a suit consists of a jacket and trousers. For upscale events, such as a wedding, a vest under the jacket can add that extra touch. However, for everyday wear, a linen suit or a casual suit paired with white sneakers is also a great combination.
